Rental Accessory Details

Our online rental store allows you to preview our available items, view photographs, review descriptions and place your orders 24/7 at your convenience. Orders may be placed directly online from our storefront.

Contact us and make a new product suggestion! As new product requests are received and approved, these items will be added to the website inventory.

As soon as you have a confirmed Vacay Whitefish reservation, you can place your order and secure your rental. We recommend orders be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to your arrival for your items to be at the property when you arrive!
We recommend making all additions to your order 72 hours prior to your arrival day to guarantee availability. If you need extra items after your initial delivery, we require a minimum order of $100.00 for free delivery. If your additional items are less than $100.00, a delivery fee of $25.00 will be added to your rental request. Additional items will be delivered to the property the day following your request. If same day delivery is necessary, a Same Day Delivery Fee of $50.00 will be added to your order.
Enjoy your rental items for your entire stay! We will pick them up after you check out.
Every attempt is made to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, we cannot be held responsible for errors in descriptions, change of product model or manufacturer. Products may change without notice but will be of similar specifications and quality.

Every effort is made to deliver all items by 4:00pm Standard Check-in Time. If all items have not arrived or you’re unable to locate delivery placement, call or text 406.730.3060 and we will assist with delivery status and questions. As we are unable to control congestion, construction, weather, mechanical delays, etc. we ask for your patience and understanding should we experience delays. We do not offer compensation due to late delivery. You do not need to be present at time of delivery.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation please contact us. We appreciate cancellations at least 3 days before your arrival.
Upon arrival, renters should inspect all rental items for satisfactory condition. Unsatisfactory rental items must be reported within twenty four (24) hours of check in time. If unsatisfactory rental items are not reported within twenty four (24) hours of check-in, items are then deemed satisfactory and the renter will be held liable for any damage. We will replace your item if dissatisfied, offer alternative equipment of a comparable value, or a credit for a future rental. Replacement items will be delivered within 24 hours.

Loss or damage should be reported to Vacay Whitefish by calling 406.730.3060 or emailing guest@vacaywhitefish.com. Items lost or damaged become the property of the Renter and will be charged at the purchase price listed on the rental website. All replacement charges will be billed immediately to the credit card provided with the initial order.

Please leave all rental items inside the property upon departure, preferably in the same location they were when you arrived. Any outdoor items that are muddy or dirty should be left in/near the garage or outside the front door.

Just let us know. We’ll charge the purchase price to your credit card on file and you can take the item home with you.

“Purchase Only” items are unable to be re-used by future guests. Enjoy the convenience of having these items delivered and ready at the property so you don’t have to take time to shop for them after you arrive.
